Welcome to the month of love!
During these long and cold winter days, it's the planning and promise of Valentine's Day that warms our hearts and brings smiles to our faces at Hanson Road. At most flower shops like ours, Love Day is a lifeline, pulling us through this seemingly never-ending stretch between Christmas and the much-awaited arrival of Spring.
We're thankful for Cupid's arrow in more ways than one!
Before becoming the owner of Hanson Road, I had no idea just how many different meanings Valentine's Day holds for so many different people. It turns out that it is so much more than a day exclusively for romantic couples; it's a day of love, gratitude, and appreciation that extends far beyond my previous knowledge.
The Heart 2 Heart: Valentine's Day Collection we carefully crafted and deliver in Fredericton (and surrounding areas!) range from friends celebrating friendships, coffee-lovers throwing a little extra love to their favourite Barista, Auntie’s spoiling nieces and nephews, and so many more beautiful kinds of relationships.
This year in my family, we're planning a special Valentine's treat for the unsung heroes of our neighborhood - the incredible gentlemen who drive those VERY cool garbage trucks that faithfully visit our homes every Friday morning and make Ivy’s WEEK by waving and honking their horn for her!
